Police Release Body Cam Footage From NW OKC Pursuit

Oklahoma City Police have released body camera footage from a pursuit and arrest that happened in March.

On March 7, police said they attempted to stop a car near Northwest 63rd Street and the Broadway Extension due to a traffic violation.

A short pursuit ensued before the driver of the car fled the scene on foot near Northeast 117th Street and the Broadway Extension.

The suspect was tracked down and taken into custody.

Police found out the suspect had felony warrants out of Oklahoma County.

The suspect was booked on additional complaints in connection to the pursuit.
