Police: 3 Biker Gang Members Killed In Oklahoma City Bar Shoot-Out

Three members of biker gangs were killed after the rivals clashed inside an Oklahoma City bar, according to police.

A total of six people were shot. Of the three survivors, police said at least one of them was an innocent bystander. Another is one of the suspected gunmen, who's since been arrested. 

Still in his hospital gown, police arrested Tyler Myers, 34, after he was released from the hospital. 

Myers was punched in the head by a rival biker gang member and that started the deadly gun fight, according to court documents.

“There was several people firing at each other inside the bar all at once,” said Oklahoma City Police Msgt. Gary Knight.  

Police responded to the Whiskey Barrel Saloon in Southwest Oklahoma City where officers found three men deceased inside the bar.

“Everybody is still very shook up, very emotional,” said bar patron Lisa Harvey.

Investigators identified two of the victims as Eric Oberholtzer and Francisco Tanajara. The third man's name is unknown.

New court documents indicated Myers and Oberholtzer were members of the Homietos bike gang.

In a post to his Facebook page, shared one week ago, Oberholtzer is seen riding his motorcycle while wearing a vest with a Homietos patch.

Police pulled security video and noted a group from the rival gang Bandidos started a physical altercation with Myers.

Police said Myers was the first to pull out a gun, causing bar patrons to panic.

“It's unclear what the beef was that they had with each other,” said Knight.  

According to patrons, the inside of the bar was torn apart as chairs and bullets were slung back and forth.

“There's still fragments and some remnants, we did try to clean up as much as we could,” said Harvey.

Police have not completed their investigation, and said more arrests could be made.
