Olaplex Facing Lawsuit, Plaintiffs Claim Hair Loss, Damage

A hair care brand is being sued by around 30 people who claim the company's products caused hair loss, breakage and blisters.

According to the suit, Olaplex products contain the ingredients lilial and panthennol, which can lead to hair loss and scalp injuries.

The hair care brand released the results of it's own testing, which said the products were safe to use.

Together, the group is seeking $75,000 in damages.
