OHP: Stillwater Woman Killed In Payne County Crash

A Stillwater woman is dead after a crash in Payne County Wednesday morning, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).

Medical examiners said Valeria Sue Crawford, 42, of Stillwater, died at the scene of the crash from head injuries.

According to the OHP report, the crash occurred on Jardot Road just south of Airport Road in Payne County at about 8:50 a.m. on Wednesday.

The other vehicle involved was a Chevy Silverado driven by Dustin Stokes, 40, from Cushing, OK. The OHP said Stokes was taken to a local hospital where he was treated and released.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
