Tulsa Police Give New Information Regarding Deadly ATV Accident

There is new information about a deadly accident on Janaury 17.

A man was driving an ATV and crashed into an SUV, near Latimer and Main Street.

Tulsa Police said an officer stopped the same ATV driver two hours earlier for speeding and illegally driving on the street. The officer wrote him tickets.

Officers said a woman was also on the ATV when they crashed in downtown. Neither of them were wearing a helmet.

The woman on the ATV was killed in the crash.
