The Marshall County Sheriff's Office and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash Saturday morning about 3 miles west of Kingston, Oklahoma.

According to responders, 44-year-old Scott Spivey of Oak Ridge, Texas, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Marshall County EMS.

Spivey's vehicle was the only one involved, but the cause of the crash is still under investigation according to troopers.

Investigators say the 2017 Volvo driven by Spivey was heading westbound on OK-32 when it departed the roadway to the right, over-corrected left and then started rolling.

Spivey was ejected from the vehicle and pinned for nearly three hours before being extricated by the Kingston Fire Department.
