Pigs in a Blanket Bites
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 6 Sausage links, cooked & cut into 4ths
- Mini muffin pan
Mix together the pancake mix, milk, oil, eggs and maple syrup until smooth. Spoon into a well greased mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
