These Dilly Ranch Crackers are an easy snack that the family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 boxes of Saltine cracker minis
- 1 package of ranch mix
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cup grapeseed or canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 2-gallon Ziploc bag
Instructions
- Mix: In a bowl mix oil, ranch dip mix, dill pickle juice, dried dill weed, and seasonings. Pour the mixture over crackers. Toss or stir carefully to coat them in the mixture. Let the crackers sit and marinate for 4–5 hours, gently shaking or stirring every 30 minutes to ensure even coating.
- Bake: After marinating, preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Spread the crackers in an even layer on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the crackers and bake for another 15 minutes.
