This recipe is a good way to reuse leftover mashed potatoes, with a twist.
Ingredients
- 5 to 6 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup French onion dip
- 2 cups chopped BBQ beef
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 package French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Assemble: In a large bowl, add mashed potatoes, French onion dip, cheese, green onions, and mix.
- Bake: Add the mixture to the greased pan. Top with BBQ beef, BBQ sauce, and cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
