Silver Alert Canceled After Blanchard 78-Year-Old Woman, Missing For More Than 24 Hours, Is Found Safe

After more than 24 hours a missing Blanchard woman was found safe, police said.

A Silver Alert was issued for Shirley Pickard, 78, Monday afternoon after authorities said she wandered from her home near NE 10th Street and N Main Avenue.

Tuesday, multiple agencies and community members and volunteers joined together to search for Pickard.

Police did not release information where she was found or say if she was found during the search.
