A disturbing story from Logan County where eight puppies were found under a bridge.
A man and wife were driving over a bridge this weekend when they decided to stop and heard cries.
They called for help and then discovered eight puppies alone.
Officials think they were thrown from the bridge inside of a container.
One died under the bridge but the other seven puppies are now under the care of Bella SPCA.
Those puppies have been checked out, bathed and fed.
They will be ready to adopt very soon.
"I am thinking 4 or 5 weeks. You can go to our website bellaspca.org and fill out an application,” said Jenny Elder with Bella SPCA.
They think the puppies have some collie and heeler in them.
