9-Year-Old Gets Kidney Donation
One 9-year-old Tulsa girl is here in Oklahoma City waiting on a kidney transplant.
Seven Speights is just like any 9-year-old. She loves dancing on TikTok and coloring. But not every girl her age is spending hours a week receiving dialysis.
Recovery is expected to take months.

Resident Fire Academy Application
The Resident's Fire Academy is a program geared toward adults in Oklahoma City. Academy participants will receive an inside view of the services the Oklahoma City Fire Department provides, fire safety training for the home and work place, and hands on experience in emergency operations.
The class begins on Sept. 7 and continues every Tuesday for eight weeks through Oct. 26.

Blood Drive On July 15
Communication Federal Credit Union is teaming up with the Oklahoma Blood Institute to hold a blood drive.
The drive is happening 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 15 at Communication Federal Credit Union, 4141 Northwest Expressway.
Donors will receive a free T-shirt, free lunch from Mekong Spice and their choice of one free entry to Frontier City or Science Museum Oklahoma or two free entries to Safari Joe's H20 Water Park.
Donors will be entered to win one of two $1,000 Visa gift cards.
