Oklahoma City Police released footage from the moments after a Delta flight made an emergency landing early Saturday in Oklahoma City.
Stephon Jamar Duncan, 34, of Atlanta, was identified as the man arrested by officers when the plane landed at Will Rogers World Airport. Bodycam footage shows police officers leading Duncan off the plane.
When officers got onto the plane, they saw Duncan cuffed and seated on the floor. He had an abrasion on his forehead.
The on-duty flight crew said Duncan was making odd statements and doing weird things. They said he was exhibiting strange and paranoid behavior, made statements about being seated next to a terrorist and started stashing his personal items in various places throughout the plane.
Witnesses told police Duncan went on the plane's P.A. system and started making announcements about the plane going through turbulence, to put seat belts on, the plane was being taken over and the plane would be going under 10,000 feet.
