An Oklahoma Department of Human Services employee was caught with a stash of guns and ammo.

According to a spokesperson for Oklahoma DHS, Caitanya Champion had been employed with the agency since February and was fired Monday.

“This has been a very slow pursuit, you can see this driver is going very slow here,” said Jim Gardner in Bob Mills SkyNews 9.

A Birdseye from Jim Gardner and Bob Mills SkyNews 9 captured the action Friday.

“He's got several police units behind him,” said Gardner.

According to police, an officer stopped the blue vehicle during a routine traffic stop at Northwest 23rd and Ross Avenue.

Minutes later, when asked for his driver’s license, reports show 43-year-old Champion “stuck his arm out the window and said his name was written on his arm.”

When the officer requested his driver’s license again, police said Champion took off, but maintained the speed limit, stopping twice over a 7-mile span.

During the first stop police said Champion started yelling "I am Lord," telling police to "get on their knees before him."

After getting back in his car, Champion made his final stop in this Walmart parking lot.

Champion exited his vehicle and was placed under arrest.

The entire ordeal happened while Champion was on the job. He was employed by DHS as a Child Welfare Specialist.

In a statement the agency said in part "The actions of Mr. Champion do not represent our agency or the more than 6,000 employees across the state who work tirelessly to support their fellow Oklahomans. "

Inside the trunk of his car, police found guns and hundreds of rounds of ammo.
