A former Calvin teacher was found not guilty after he was accused of rape and other crimes.

Nathan Holland was found not guilty on April 20 in a Pottawatomie County court. He was charged with rape, forcible sodomy and domestic assault and battery.

Holland was arrested in 2020.

An adult woman accused him of raping her in January 2020 at a hotel in Shawnee. She said they met on a dating app.
