Veteran Salute: Sam Hayes

We continue to salute the men and women who served our country.

On Feb. 8, we want to recognize Army veteran Sam Hayes.

Sam served in the Army reserves for eight years.

He said his decision to serve was an easy one because he has always wanted to make his country proud.

His family said they could not be more proud of him, and that they're grateful for his sacrifices and hard work over the last eight years.

Thank you, Sam, for your service.
