OCPD, US Marshals Arrest 4 In Connection With NW OKC Murder Of 25-Year-Old Man

The Oklahoma City Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service arrested four suspects wanted in connection with the 2020 murder of a 25-year-old Oklahoma City man.

The Oklahoma City Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service arrested four suspects wanted in connection with the 2020 murder of a 25-year-old Oklahoma City man.

Authorities located Jeffrey Dewayne West, 52; Salaam Moore, 39; Erica Ramirez, 34; and Christopher Sadler Jr., 29, Friday in Clinton, Oklahoma.

According to police, the victim Damon T. Palmer was found dead in the middle of the street just before 6:30 a.m. June 9, 2020, in the 2900 block of N. Land Ave. between Northwest 29th Street and Northwest 39th Street.

Palmer’s injuries showed signs of a homicide, police said.

West was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail Friday on one complaint of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, one complaint of kidnapping, one complaint of murder in the second-degree and first-degree robbery.

Ramirez was booked Friday on several complaints including possession of drugs and first-degree robbery.

No additional details were released.
