Veteran Salute: Austin Smith

We continue to salute the men and women who served our country.

On Dec. 22, we want to salute Army veteran Austin Smith.

Specialist Smith gives 110% every day for his family, even if he can't see them every day.

His nominator told us Austin hasn't seen his daughter in two years, but calls her every night.

He says that his work is all for her and that one day she'll understand that.
