Amazing Oklahoman: Kim Adams Helping Girls Build Self-Confidence

Kim Adams is the founder of the Rose Rock Pageant, which helps little girls build self-confidence.

When she's not planning the pageant, Adams is the executive director for the Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Noble Public Schools Board.
