An Oklahoma man accused of sexually assaulting a baby was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Texas, the agency said Thursday.

An Oklahoma man accused of sexually assaulting a baby was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Texas, the agency said Thursday.

Brice Watkins, 22, was on the run from police in Oklahoma.

Marshals arrested Watkins at a known associate's residence in the 200 block of Cordero Drive in San Marcos, Texas.

Watkins is accused of sexually abusing a child that was less than 1 year old.

The Garfield County district attorney filed several charges against Watkins.

Enid police began investigating after video evidence was turned over to Norman police by a witness.

Watkins was charged with manufacturing child pornography and three counts of lewd acts with a child.
