Beautiful Temperatures Before Showers, Storms Make Way Toward Central Okla.

Beautiful conditions out the door with a few thunderstorms in the west.

Temperatures are in the 50s and 60s, making for a fall feel.

There will be a chance for a showers and storms in the Oklahoma City metro through midday Tuesday.

This afternoon looks fantastic with highs well below normal. Highs will climb into the low 80s in central Oklahoma. This could mean a record cool high for Oklahoma City.

It will be hotter in the southwest Tuesday.

Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, more widespread rain and storms move in from the northwest.

This means a soggy start for much of Oklahoma for your Wednesday.

A few of the storms could be strong to severe with damaging winds the main threat.
