2 cups small shells or ditalini pasta, cooked al dente
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup whole milk
2 tablespoon grated onion
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 Tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a large bowl, toss together the pasta, slaw mix, and egg. In small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, milk, grated onion, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss till coated.
