Be prepared for rain and storms Friday.
We may see several rounds of heavy rain as the day goes along. There will be the chance for a few strong to severe storms through midday. Hail up to the size of quarters, winds to 60 mph, and localized flooding will be possible.
Friday evening additional storms will be possible moving in from the Texas panhandle. These storms could produce quarter size hail, winds to 70 mph, and localized flooding.
Highs will struggle to make it out of the 70s in many locations.
Trackers will be out and we will bring you updates through the day.
Several more waves of rain and storms possible over the weekend.
