A Tecumseh police officer and his wife, accused of conspiracy and bribery, were released Friday after a Pottawatomie County judge ruled a lack of probable cause.

A Tecumseh police officer and his wife, accused of conspiracy and bribery, were released Friday after a Pottawatomie County judge ruled a lack of probable cause.

The Pottawatomie County District Attorney said Jeff Henderson turned himself in on Thursday.

His wife, Lindsey Henderson, also turned herself in on conspiracy charges Thursday.

Henderson and his wife are accused of being involved in a recent burglary in Tecumseh.
