MWC Fire Department Investigating Cause Of Home Explosion

The Midwest City Fire Department is investigating the cause of a home explosion.

Firefighters said the explosion happened at a vacant home around 10 p.m. Sunday night near Southeast 15th Street and South Air Depot Boulevard.

Fire officials said when crews arrived at the scene, the home was engulfed in flames.

No injuries have been reported.
