OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) A court hearing for actor Macaulay Culkin on two misdemeanor drug counts has been reset for June 8th.

A hearing had been scheduled for Wednesday, but a court spokeswoman said the prosecution and the defense agreed to the delay.

The star of the movie, ``Home Alone,'' was arrested September 17th after police stopped a car in which he was a passenger.

Court records show that officers found over a half ounce of marijuana and several tablets of Xanax, a prescription medication used to treat depression and panic disorders. Authorities said Culkin didn't have a prescription.

Oklahoma County prosecutors charged him with misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of the prescription drug.

Culkin has pleaded innocent to the charges and is free on $4,000.00 bail.
