Tulsa's new mayor arrives at City Hall today for his first full day on the job.

Bill LaFortune was sworn in as the city's 35th mayor yesterday.

The newly elected city council members also took their oath of office.

LaFortune's speech afterward focused repeatedly on the themes of unity and cooperation.

The Mayor says he will work "with", not "against" the city council.
