Twice convicted and sentenced to death, Steven Thacker is headed back to Tennessee.

Thacker pleaded guilty and was sentenced to death for the December 1999 death of Laci Hill of Bixby. He was also sentenced to death for killing Roy Patterson of Tennessee.

No word on when or if Missouri will get it's turn to try Thacker for the death of Forrest Boyd.
