Fire Sweeps Through Home In Newalla

Fire destroyed a home in Newalla Friday morning.

A neighbor called 911 after seeing flames and smoke coming from the house in the 16000 block of King Arthur Ct. around 11:30 a.m.

By the time firefighters arrived, the house was fully engulfed in flames. When SkyNews 9 flew over the scene around noon, the fire was still burning and house had collapsed.

The residents were not home when the fire started. No one was hurt. Fire investigators are trying to determine how the fire started.
