New details are revealed after an Edmond grandfather was severely beaten inside his home.
The victim's 14-year-old granddaughter and four others are in custody for the attack. News 9 has obtained new court documents just filed in the Oklahoma County Court.
The documents show the victim was hospitalized for his injuries. He told police four men came to his home with his granddaughter, Jade Willman, and told him they needed Jade's clothing, but the grandfather refused.
The victim says he went inside to call police and they followed him and that's when he was attacked. Willman's grandmother told police her granddaughter was in the group that beat the grandfather. Court papers state the 14-year-old reportedly said the beating was "payback for him beating her."
