Loaded Cobblestone Muffins
1 container refrigerated biscuits
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place muffin liners in a muffin tin. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. In a large Ziploc combine the cinnamon and sugar. Drop the biscuit pieces into the cinnamon sugar mixture and shake. Place 5 pieces in each liner. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts in each tin and then bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven. To make the glaze: Mix together the powdered sugar, vanilla and water. Stir till combined and then drizzle over the muffins.
