3 Fire Departments Battle Large Brush Fire

GUTHRIE, Oklahoma - Three different fire departments battled a large grass fire near Highway 74 and Highway 33 just west of Guthrie Monday afternoon.

According to police, Cashion, Crescent and Guthrie fire departments all worked to extinguish the blaze.

Highway 74 was closed for about 15 minutes.

The fire was in an open field and no injuries were reported.
