My Car's a Lemon... Now What?

The new Lemon Law is in effect... so what does that mean?

For starters, it only benefits new car customers (used cars do not qualify for the lemon law).

FYI - if a dealer violates the Lemon Law, don't complain to the AG's office.  They don't have enforcement power over this law.  Instead, you will have to take the auto maker/dealer to court and present your problem to a judge.
