Homeless Alliance Opens Day Shelter for Extreme Weather

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Because of dangerously low temperatures, the Homeless Alliance will open an emergency day shelter for adult males this week.

The Homeless Alliance Shelter located at 1729 NW 3rd Street will be open Thursday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Officials said women and children will be allowed to stay at other homeless shelters Thursday through Saturday during the day.
