Board of Directors Could Soon Appoint New Chief Medical Examiner

The Medical Examiner's Office Board of Directors will have a special meeting Thursday to interview and discuss candidates for the Chief Medical Examiner position.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Medical Examiner's Office Board of Directors will have a special meeting Thursday morning to interview and discuss candidates for the Chief Medical Examiner position.

The board will apparently interview three potential candidates for the Chief Medical Examiner's position.

Dr. Andrew Sibley is the current interim Chief Medical Examiner. Sibley was appointed to the position back in June.

According to the board's agenda, a new Chief Medical Examiner could be appointed during the special meeting.
