OKLAHOMA CITY – The Heritage Hall Chargers remained undefeated with a 29-13 win over Davis Friday.
The Chargers (3-0) did not go on any huge scoring runs, but gradually pulled away throughout the game. Barry Sanders Jr. started the scoring with a short touchdown run to make the score 6-0, where it stood at the end of the first quarter.
After a Heritage Hall field goal, Davis (2-1) got on the board with a touchdown run that cut the lead to 9-7. That was the closest the Wolves came to eliminating the lead.
The Chargers scored 13 unanswered points to widen the lead to 15 points, and both schools added a final touchdown in the fourth quarter to finish the scoring.
Heritage Hall now has won its first three games of the season by a combined score of 119-28, and will face Oklahoma Centennial next week. Davis will face Konawa the same night.
