Embezzlement Charge Dismissed Against Former Oklahoma Trooper

A judge dismisses an embezzlement charge against a former Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper.

Ronnie Arganbright is accused of violating a protective order for a teenager with whom he allegedly had sex.

The attorney for Arganbright said they filed a motion to have two other counts dismissed but the judge denied that request.

Arganbright's attorney said he plans to file an appeal.
