The weekly conference awards continue for Oklahoma guard Sharane Campbell who earned her fourth Big 12 Freshman of the Week honor of the season Monday.
Campbell came off the bench to be OU's top scorer last week in wins over Kansas and Oklahoma State.
On the week the freshman averaged 21.5 points and 8.5 rebounds while shooting 14-of-19 for 74 percent from the field.
The Spencer, Okla. native set a career high after connecting on 8-of-10 shots for 23 points during the Sooners 78-64 overtime win against the Kansas Jayhawks.
Against Oklahoma State, Campbell totaled 20 points and 12 rebounds for her first career double-double.
Campbell has averaged 16.2 points since junior forward Joanna McFarland has been out of the lineup with a broken jaw.
The Sooners will need another big performance from Campbell as well as the entire OU roster as they take on No. 1 Baylor Monday in Waco. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m.
