Small Earthquake Reported Near Chandler Saturday

A small earthquake was recorded near Chandler, Oklahoma at 2:28 p.m. Saturday.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the 2.8 magnitude earthquake was centered about five miles north of Chandler, six miles west of Kendrick, and 42 miles east, northeast of Oklahoma City.

It was about three miles deep.
