The plight of an angry apartment tenant in Oklahoma City brings attention to the city's "Action Center."

Brent Corley says he hasn't had working air conditioning since he moved into Summit Ridge Apartments eight months ago. He says Summit Ridge managers have ignored his complaints.

Beth Crounse of the "Action Center" says frustrated tenants like Corley should file complaints with her office. She says Corley did that last weekend, and inspectors this week cited Summit Ridge with three violations.

Summit Ridge has ten days to comply.

"They will stay on it," she said. "There ramifications if they don't get fixed."
