Pickup Slams Into Pawn Shop In NW OKC

A pickup truck slammed into a pawn shop early Wednesday morning in northwest Oklahoma City.

It happened at about 3 a.m. at the Cash America Pawn Shop, located at N.W. 23rd and Meridian. There is a lot of damage to the store. 

The truck has been removed. However, police said when they arrived, no one was inside the truck. 

The owner of the pawn shop said nothing was taken from the business. 

Police later learned that the truck had been reported stolen out of Bethany, Oklahoma.
