One person is in custody and several others are hurt after a pursuit that ended in a pair of crashes.
Police said they believe this began with some kind of road rage incident in a parking lot.
The details around the beginning aren't clear but they say it happened near northwest 23rd and May. Police said a black truck fled from the scene. Officials tried to conduct a traffic stop but the truck continued.
Police said the driver ended up causing a collision near northwest 23rd and Penn but left that scene too.
The truck continued to flee but ultimately ended up back at the same intersection a few minutes later. Police said the driver caused another accident this time causing a power pole to roll into one of their fire units assisting.
Shortly after this the suspect was taken into custody.
He's currently being charged with alluding police and leaving scene of injury accident.
Officials say more charges could come.
Several people were injured, one is even in critical condition.
