Grilled Shortcake Mojito

4 slices key lime pound cake
Olive oil
Grill pan
Sliced strawberries and blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
1teaspoon chopped fresh mint

Brush the poundcake on both sides with olive oil.
Grill for 5 minutes on each side until you see grill marks & then flip.
Place the berries and a medium-size bowl and toss with the freshman team and 1 tablespoon of honey.
To serve place berries on top of the grilled pound cake and top with whip cream.
