The Midway Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 (12 count) package frozen Rhodes cinnamon rolls
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 cup pecans (optional)
- Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Pour melted butter over the bottom of the baking pan.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar.
- Set the cinnamon rolls down in the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Set the cinnamon rolls in a warm spot over night and bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the top and enjoy!
***Freeze cinnamon rolls before baking. Thaw and rise overnight
