Chicago Dogs
- 8 slices buns
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
- Sliced tomato
- Sweet relish
- Banana peppers or sport peppers
- Yellow mustard
- Poppyseed buns
- Brush hot dog buns with melted butter and sprinkle with poppyseeds.
- Put in the broiler for five minutes.
- Place hotdogs and buns and top with sliced tomato.
- Sprinkle with celery salt.
- Top with pickle spear, sweet relish, and peppers.
- Mustard ONLY!!!
