An Oklahoma State University basketball player was brought to tears when he found out that he is going to play for the Cowboys on a scholarship. The OSU Cowboys Basketball account shared a video on Sunday that shows Coach Mike Boynton walking into a Stillwater Walmart, where former Walk-On Dee Mitchell has been working to pay for school. With the help of Zoom, OSU basketball players were there to let Mitchell know he would join the team three years to the day that he first tried out.
