Sriracha Meatballs

  • 1 package frozen meatballs
  • 1/2 cup Major Gray's Chutney
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2-4 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  1. Sauté the meatballs in 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil until lightly browned.
  2. Stir in the onion and garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add in all of the remaining ingredients and reduce the heat on the stove top to low.
  4. Cover and allow the meatballs to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
