Grilled Shortcake Mojito

  • 4 slices key lime pound cake
  • Olive oil
  • Grill pan
  • Sliced strawberries and blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  1. Brush the poundcake on both sides with olive oil.
  2. Grill for 5 minutes on each side until you see grill marks & then flip.
  3. Place the berries and a medium-size bowl and toss with the freshman team and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  4. To serve place berries on top of the grilled pound cake and top with whip cream.
