Bond Denied For Colorado Man Accused In Deadly DUI Crash In OKC
OKLAHOMA CITY - A man accused in a deadly crash in Northwest Oklahoma City over the weekend goes before a judge on Monday.
Erick Bowman is accused in the deaths of two people and police say he tried to run from the scene.
Bowman's license was revoked in 2008 in Colorado for DUI. Oklahoma City Police say he had been drinking Saturday and was speeding more than a hundred miles an hour when he slammed into an S-U-V.
Joshua Wright and his passenger and soon to be mother-in-law, Tammy Long died in the crash near Northwest 10th and County Line Road. Police say the force of the crash sent Bowman's truck slamming into a gas line, he then got out and tried to get away.
He is being held on several complaints including two for second-degree murder. The judge denied his bond.
