Bowman's license was revoked in 2008 in Colorado for DUI. Oklahoma City Police say he had been drinking Saturday and was speeding more than a hundred miles an hour when he slammed into an S-U-V.

Joshua Wright and his passenger and soon to be mother-in-law, Tammy Long died in the crash near Northwest 10th and County Line Road. Police say the force of the crash sent Bowman's truck slamming into a gas line, he then got out and tried to get away.

He is being held on several complaints including two for second-degree murder. The judge denied his bond.
